Something tells me you may get some replies when more of us middle-aged post-industrial geeks wake up and wipe the dust from our eyes.(they know who they are).
Leichenschrei is one of my favourite LP's ever. And also it's worth checking out Auto-Da-Fe, which has got some of their really early stuff from the late 70's on it. And we all know what Graeme Revell is doing now don't we? |

I never heard much SPK, and can't remember any of what I did.
I quite liked Test Dept though, and my love of Einstuerzende Neubauten is well documented. |

To be honest, great as SPK were, their greatness was brief, unlike TD & EN. They made some fantastic records, signed to EMI, made some shockers, moved from EMI, made a few good records, then Graeme Revell started making lots of money composing film music. And yes I did buy this:
Machine Age Voodoo! The title should have been a clue! |

Up until Zamia Lehmanni (Songs Of Byzantine Flowers), one of my favorite bands ever. Not into their dancier stuff at all. They definitely made some stellar records, and pioneered a visual aesthetic that many artists have been heavily influenced by.

Yes, Zamia Lehmanni is an incredible album; one of my favorites in fact. It was after that that they strted to slide into cheesedom.
