i dont think "bettin on the bull in heather" has anything to do with the rest of the song.
i used to always question this sorta thing with alot of nirvana lyrics and shit. but i dont so much anymore.

the verses remind me of bondage or submissive sex. i dont know. im probably wrong

hmmm, also, isn't it one of the songs where Steve uses a maracas (spelling???) in lieu of a drumstick? I think he does it in the video, but I haven't seen it for a loooong time.
