Just heard first time this version. Itīs really great, different in a weird way! This single is not very expensive, so I might buy it in the future...
http://www.discogs.com/Sonic-Youth-L...release/521189 Also heard Brave men run from the same single (version is not very different comparing BMR-version) & live version from Shaking Hell from Kill Yr Idols & also Hidros 3 first time. Like all of them too, but Death Valley was the greatest! |

Supposedly, the reason it's so cheap is because thousands of extra copies were made & sold by the pressing plant when Iridescence failed to pay them.

Unless I'm mistaken, the 7" and the Plow compilation both feature the same July '84 demo version w/ Lydia.

Holy shit, I sought out the Plow version just to be sure, and while it's the same version, it's actually a different mix with a completely different Lydia vocal track!!

I always loved the 7" versions. "Brave Men Run" is amazing.
