Nels Cline Effects Pedal Question?

IF anyone has heard "Instore" with Nels and Thurston, then they will probably remember that about 21 minutes or so into the album Nels starts hitting two notes and then loops them and the effect plays them backgrounds somewhat of a sucking sound). Does anyone know what this loop pedal with a sucking sound is called?
