i need to buy some jim stuff. do you have this one? if so is it a good first purchase?

I don't have it and I don't think think it is a good starting place. I would start with the Drag city releases first.

my favorite jim is sound explorer jim. singer/songwriter jim is good but sound explorer jim is extraoridinaire.
