I love seeing trailers for new movies that don't look like absolute dog shit. This was one of my favorite books growing up.

I thought the book was really overrated as a child. I didn't understand (and still don't understand) what made it so great. However the movie looks pretty good, but they are of course going to add many things that weren't in the short book to stretch this into feature length. Like...the kid in the class room, his parent(s) and their affairs (did anyone else notice that?).

I think something of that sort would have made the book better, because it really doesn't have a plot that can sustain a movie. I am excited to see what's been added because maybe I'll enjoy it more. The visuals look great.
