Im in the southern hemisphere, so the journey into winter and darker months begins now, rather than in oct.

Dunno how to sort this out, I'll start walking SE in the meantime.
As for the circulation issues, a friend of mine (a girl) had the same problems and her doctor suggested her something, not sure I can spit this out on here without getting massively misunderstood.

The pharmacist said to take vitamin b tablets. which I do sometimes, but not often.

be aware there is an ocean before you get to my country though. might wish to bring some swimming clothes/wetsuit on your walk.
