so i came within two feet of conor oberst but i did not get to talk to him. SO CLOSE.

janet weiss was on drums the whole night and smiled at me when i yelled out "i love you janet!"

conor and the amazing fiddle guy played "lua" for first song of the encore. danny- i thought of you during it in between getting teary and belting out the lyrics.

i doubt i'm going to sleep tonight.

yep yep

the ginseng is ok if you dont take too much (except for diabetics) or every day.

however i read that caffeine & ginseng stresses your adrenals.

american ginseng is the best--
asian is good too
but avoid siberian though-- it's not a real ginseng

i buy mine fron an herb store, better than factory made

i think i should go to the herbal/health food store more on the beachside. we used to shop there a ton but just kinda stopped.

yeah those places are cool. i used to work in a health food store when i was in college.

these days i buy herbs in bulk (super cheaper) and i make my own brews.
