I've always been somewhat precocious - pretentious, some might say (fuckwits with a chip on their shoulder, predominantly). I've noticed that for the last few years that people tend to be less deriding and somewhat more attentive to the more errant monologues I indulge in. So, by that notion, older is better.

Not that I can really speak, I'm still a whippersnapper.

mah, i'm 26 and i honestly don't feel any different than when i was like 17, in some aspects i haven't gotten past age 10!

i hate when people bitch about being old when they are like 23 or even 28, that's stupid! man, i don't even like it when someone is like 40-something and they start bitching about it.

Speaking as an older dude that used to be a younger dude, being young pretty much blows, and being older is better, but that blows, too. Happy whatever. I moan constantly about getting older, balding, short term memory loss that may or may not be related to aging, but never would I ever go back to being, say, in high school again. I have much more fun now, I just have to sleep a little more.
