I hate bread, damn it.
If something doesn't contain meat, I don't fucking bother.
If I must eat bread though, I always prefer white, since it's the most fake and "un-bread" as I can get.

I had some fine San Francisco sourdough not long ago. The crust alone, fucking christ. Amazing.

That and french bread and like are the kinds of crust to savor.
