They're just down the road from Esher. I tell ya, you can't move for Black Flag fans in Esher.

I think it can safely be said that this amount of snowfall would have shut down exactly zero schools or businesses in this area.
Enjoy the novelty; when it happens all the time, it gets old. |

Here in La France, my school was not operational due to the fact that all buses were cancelled so about 15 out of 500 of them eventually turned up.
Was the same shit about a month ago. This is not usual where i live just above Paris. People here not really good at planning and dealing with snow. I nearly crashed on my way early this morning. bah. |

It hardly ever snows in Liverpool, because we're a coastal city, but it's actually been coming down and sticking ALL DAY. I hope I don't have to go into work tomorrow..

Aw, it's bucketing down here now.
I went to the shops a human dressed in wooly clothes and came back an abominable snow man. I love snow, I wish we got this every winter - the fluffy stuff, not the icey treacherous footpaths of doom. Still, while it's easy to enjoy when you've got a snug home, it must be particular hell for the homeless folks

If i dont make it in tomorrow i may get the sack. My bleedin boss said "Well, its your decision..." this morning when i called from the train station with no trains, no buses. My decision my arse.
If only Sarah Palin were here. She'd know what to do

I bloody hate snow, it took me but a couple of hours this morning to remember that. It's got all pressed into the paths and now it's hard ice that you slip around on, I can bearly leave my flat without slipping over. Beurgh!!
