I'd like it if more people realised that Londoners in no way represent the whole of the South of England. I'd also like to see more Hull-style chips.

train tickets that don't require booking 2 months in advance to be reasonably priced, only to find out on the day itself that they're double booked.
also, train tickets that are available for the same price everywhere instead of costing 2-3 times as much on place X compared to place Y. |

no, before you bag british rail, you need to come to Melbourne Australia. It's run by connex. You'd never complain again when you got home. I've tried both, there is no comparing.
three days ago 700 of 1900 trains for the day were cancelled. 'on time' is arriving or leaving within 10 minutes of scheduled time. when they ran out of trains last year, they bought the old decrepid 1960's ones they sold back in the early 90's, BACK for around 10 times more than what they sold them for.. damn rust buckets are loud and uncomfortable and unsafe/./ etc etc

I spent about 5 months in Melbourne... no complaints here. Although that was about 8 years ago so I wouldn't know about any recent transport nightmares.

And I thought our train delays were a reason to complain.
Haha, you suck. |
