Does anyone know how I can save youtube files as mpeg or avi files. I know there a programs out there but I just don't know where. Can anyone help me?

it saves the file as an "flv" and apparently it can be converted, but i haven't gotten that far yet

This program works OK for converting FLV files to other video files. I convert them to DivX Avi files.
