Man i just love the idea of time travel and a time machine
its something that i can remember loving ever since i was a kid The idea of being able to go to the past or back to the future the rules that may or may not apply Can you change the past? Can you see your future self?

Astronomy class was a total mindfuck. Even base level stuff like I was taking got into mulitverses and worm holes.
Or you just use the Pete and Pete method of waiting for daylight savings time and eating tons of cereal.

i really wish there was some way to travel through time, but that would transcend the third dimension and fuck up the time-space continuum
but maybe someday someone will figure it out |

I'm more of a space travel dork
But obviously tme kicks in there as well with speed of light/near speed of light travel. Anywho No I wouldn't like to be able to travel through time Too much shit to contemplate, added to the fact me present/me past wouldn't take any advice from himself

If you wanted to see your future self
you would have to go back into the past and meet your past self

The riboflavin is crucial. I once wrote a paper about time travel. It's all bullshit, but it is a good read. I think it's still up on my MySpace blog... http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=12102063&b logID=69554819 |

If all of earths gravity vanished but we were still able to breath everything that wasnt moving would sit still and only float away if there was energy behind it

I wouldn't time travel if I could. When I'm older I might want to go back and be young again for a bit but now I have no desire.
I know nothing about it, but it doesn't make logical sense to me. I don't think it's possible. |

time travel is such a stonery thing to talk about
but the concept of it is very interesting like really though, time is something that can totally warp your thinking even if only for a minute or so because it's so pervasive, and there is only one way to describe what time is, really. time is time. any other word you use to describe it would just be some other unit of time, like hours, days, months, years, minutes, seconds, etc... if i had a time machine london, late 80s los angeles, 1972 new york, 1975-80 |

You could say time is a limited perspective from which we attempt to view the entirety of life.
But that would be fucking stupid. |

time is a linear method of measuring the intervals between events
i think that's the best that i can do it really freaks me out if i start thinking about it too much |

I remember I had a hard time reading Heidegger because of his take on time in his discussion of boredom.
