right.... i'm going through my artistic phase again. i find myself drawing things for this new album/proyect thang i'm working on, and i need some ideas for the artwork...
to make it entertaining, i'm browsing through different album covers... just to get some ideas. so if you wanna help me just post some cd covers you think are really good.

look up joseph cornell. he made boxes with art inside- kind of like interactive collages.

I think glitch/electronic artists like Autechre and such.. their album covers would inspire you. I love the above image, I know it's not exactly what you want. But I appreciate its minimalism.. |

there are so many awesome graphic artists out there right now. Go and pick up juxtaposed it often has great people in there and articles that will give ideas.
The first two albums you posted are really different in artwork styles. You could look at playing around with some hand drawn monoprints over already printed computer art? that last pic reminds me of er, max ernst, with his paintings done by sticking down paper witih wet paint, peeling them up, then re painting detail over. like this.. http://www.artchive.com/artchive/e/ernst/silence.jpg they're pretty rad.

^^^on that website i've found alternate artwork to the last Free Kitten album. Don't know what this is all about, if it got discarded or... Check it out it's nice
