Seeing as how the Texans beat Miami?
Meanwhile, Bengals are now 0-6...

I didn't see any of the Texans game, but the score looked pretty close.
People here are all mad at the Bengals; I don't get it. I mean, I understand mot being happy with them, but you can't just give up on them. You know they are just as upset as the fans, probably more so. They need encouragement, and showing up at games with paper bags over your head isn't going to encourage them.

So what are we going to do in a couple of weeks? I mean, come the 28th (I think) one of us are going to be really happy, and one will be pissed.
Who will it be? Who... will... it... be...?

HOPEFULLY it will be against the Steelers, only cause that is their next game... but I am becoming doubtful. Quote:
That's awesome. If Bengals lose another game they might start selling the tickets so cheap I might be able to finally go to a game. They will probably start giving tickets away with a purchase of a large Coke at McDonald's.

hell to the fuck no. it was a helmetr I wanted to buy at a memoribilia show, but goddamn, it was bid up to $300
but I miss the Oilers. The cleveland fans got to keep their team name and team colors and team records. Bud adams took all that shit and would not give it to the city of Houston so we get stuck with the worst team name in football (texans) and the Oileras records and hall of famers are all enshrined unde rthe TITANS banner. fuck when I saw that shit at Canton I almost fuking cried.

The Oilers is a good name. It represents Texas and sounds good. The Texans isn't bad, but it doesn't sound like an NFL team. Sounds like a college team name.

if i ever see another backup qb do anything like what was seen in the last two weeks i will catch ten frogs and wear them nailed through their cartilage on my eyebrows and ears, nose and man nipples on halloween. then when people ask me what i'm dressed up as i'll say, i'm a football fan that does not like to see backup quarterbacks do anything except execute the called plays and then after the game win or lose say 'i am a douche bag' over and over. then if they win the superbowl, they are allowed to smile and say something lame.
but meanwhile... meanwhile. think of all those poor frogs.

AHH! And now Palmer is out for this Sunday too? this is getting rediculous. I mean, I don't want him to hurt his elbow any more than he already has, but Fitzpatrick ain't holdin' up against the Steelers, that's for sure.
Sorry Rob, but the Texans game may be our first win

we play the lowly detroit lions, and should stomp their asses, the n it is the re-scheduled texans/Ravens game, erasing our bye week. then we go to the vikingsand then the bengals come here.
I miss the old rivavlries betwene the steelers, bengals, oilers, and browns. those were the days.

Might as well keep it up, maybe we can just go for first draft pick next year...

It's ok, Rob. I know you are trying to make me feel better by saying "barely," but they still won, and you are aloud to celebrate
